Three different organizations were tasked by Congress to figure out just that: the U.S. Air Force, the MITRE Corporation, and the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. These three studies vary in their approach, methodology, and detail. During this discussion, Todd Harrison will release his assessment of the three studies.
